Busy...Fun...Summertime

Wow! So much has happened since my last post. Kyle started his vacation so we have been enjoying every minute of it. Here are some pictures...I will explain them as we go:

Kade cracks me up. He NEVER wears his clothes and he gets into everything. The other day he went outside, found his 4-wheeler helmet, and headed for the 4- wheeler for a ride in the buff

Kade has now started to use the kitchen chairs to get WHEREVER he wants. The other night Kyle and I were downstairs watching T.V. and it got really quiet. I went upstairs to check to see if Kade was okay and this is what I found:

These are pictures of our niece Sammy's birthday party. The party was a swimming party and everyone had fun (especially Kyle). Isn't Kyle sexy without his shirt on...yum!

Kyle and I decided that it would be fun to get Kade a bunny to take care of. Kyle looked around and found some free bunnies in Price. I sent Kyle into the house to get the bunnies and he came out with 6 on them. I could have killed him. Luckily my sister Jasa took 2 so we are down to 4. Kade loves to chase the bunnies around the yard. Tyce likes to watch them too. It is funny to watch Kade pick them up because he is not really careful!

When summer rolls around it means camping and our family does a lot of it. This weekend we went camping up Ferron Mtn to Willow Lake. The weather was perfect and the fishing was fun. I didn't want to come home! Thank goodness we are going again for the 4th.

That is the end to our craziness. Tomorrow we are going swimming at Huntington Lake. I will post pic's tomorrow.

Little Buckaroo Rodeo

This week has been a VERY busy and stressful week for us. First of all, it was time to cut the hay. Kyle went out and jumped on the tractor to get started and the swather broke down....he ended up spending all day just trying to get it fixed. When he finally got it fixed, it wouldn't put the hay in a windrow so he stoppped and had to fix it again. Finally, when he had about 3 passes left, the entire swather kicked the bucket. The problem with this is we have to get the hay bailed and hauled before Tuesday because our water turn is on Tuesday. Kyle is down there now trying to figure out what to do so that we don't miss our water turn.
Also this weekend we had to get cows on the mountain. Kyle and I rode until 10:30pm Thursday night just to get it done. Whenever I am behind a herd of cattle, I tend to become very vulgar. I spent most of the night cussin the cows, but it was fun.

The weekend ended with the Little Buckaroo Rodeo which was a blast. Kade chased a chicken and rode his stick horse in a race, Kyle chased a cow with money on it, and I herded ducks across the arena. We had so much fun. Grandpa Jay would have been proud of his little buckaroo's at the rodeo.

Here are some pictures of Kade and my nieces at the rodeo....

The past few weekends in a nutshell.....

Kade loved being it the boat. He thought that he was the coolest thing ever. We had so much fun fishing.
Fishing from the boat at Wriggley Reservoir.
While we were camping, Kade thought that he needed to wear these silly glasses. He wore them most of the weekend.
I thought that I would throw this picture in. The hat that Kade is wearing is the hat that we bought him when he was first born (as you can see..it won't even fit on his head). The funny thing is that I have a picture of me when I was Kade's age doing the same thing. On Saturday we cruised up Ferron Mountain to go fishing at Wriggley Reservoir. We went with my mom and Jodi's family. We had a lot of fun. The funnies part about the day was that I was the only one catching fish and I was using Kade's little Spider Man fishing pole.
Abby had fun playing with Tyce. She is such a ham!
Kade and Kyle fishing away!

Last weekend we went camping up Cottonwood Canyon with Jasa and her family. We had such a great time. The weather was perfect and our kids played and played.
This is a picture of Kade and Bandi in the back of the truck while we were camping. They are pretty good pals.
Kade and Kelsey love playing with each other. Kade talks about Kelsey all day long. It is so much fun living close to Jasa and her family. Our kids play everyday. Kade thinks that he needs to hold Kelsey's hand everywhere they go. It cracks me up!
This is me and my little guys sitting by the camp fire. It got a little bit cold at night, but we had fun.
